Is my financial data safe with you?
Yes. We work through read-only bank feeds and accountant-level access inside QuickBooks Online — we can see and organize your data, but we can never move, withdraw, or transfer funds. Every engagement is covered by a signed confidentiality agreement, and access is revocable by you at any time.
Do I have to get on calls?
We start with one short discovery call so we can understand your business and what your books need. After that, everything runs asynchronously — email, a shared checklist, and short recorded videos you can watch on your own schedule. Where are you located? Can you work with my business?
Kazper Ledger is the bookkeeping practice of Kazper Vaden LLC, a U.S.-registered company in Casper, Wyoming. We work fully remotely with small businesses across all 50 states — the same way modern bookkeeping firms serve clients everywhere. Distance has never delayed a reconciliation.
What software do you work with?
We specialize in QuickBooks Online and are QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisors. If you're on spreadsheets or another platform, our Setup service migrates you onto QBO cleanly — historical data included.
How does billing work?
It starts with a quick discovery call. Afterward you'll receive a clear, fixed-price proposal to accept online, and payments are collected automatically by card or ACH on the schedule you agreed to — no chasing invoices in either direction. Proposals and billing run through Ignition; card and bank payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Do you file my taxes?
No — and that's deliberate. We keep your books accurate and deliver a clean, CPA-ready package so your tax preparer works faster and charges you less. If you don't have a CPA, we're happy to coordinate directly with whoever you choose.
My books are a disaster. How bad is too bad?
We haven't found "too bad" yet. Years behind, abandoned QuickBooks files, shoebox receipts — that's exactly what the discovery call and Diagnostic Review are for. You'll get an honest assessment and a fixed quote before committing to anything.
