You should know exactly who is handling your books.
Most bookkeeping firms route your file through whoever is available. Kazper Ledger is built the opposite way: one certified ProAdvisor, one set of books, one person who answers.
I am Luis Ortiz, and I close your books myself.
Kazper Ledger exists to do one thing properly: keep small business books accurate, current, and ready for whatever comes next. A tax filing, a loan application, a decision you cannot afford to guess at.
I am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, certified directly by Intuit. Every file is reconciled against the actual statement, categorized to a chart of accounts built around how that business really operates, and closed on a documented monthly schedule. Not approximated, not rolled forward, and not left for year-end to untangle.
I work remotely with small businesses across all fifty states, in English and Spanish. Your books stay with me from onboarding through year-end, so nothing is lost in a handoff and there is always one person accountable for the numbers.
Certified by Intuit, verified by you.
Every credential below is issued by Intuit and verifiable. Ask me for confirmation at any time.
Four commitments that do not change.
One accountable person
Your books are not passed between junior staff. I learn your business once, close your books every month, and answer your questions directly. Nothing gets lost in a handoff because there are no handoffs.
Read-only access, always
I work through read-only bank feeds and accountant-level access inside QuickBooks Online. I can see and organize your data. I can never move, withdraw, or transfer funds. You can revoke access in one click.
Asynchronous by design
One discovery call at the start. After that, everything runs by email, a shared checklist, and a written monthly summary. Your time is not spent in meetings that could have been a paragraph.
Flat fees, quoted first
No hourly meters, no surprise invoices, no long-term contracts. You see the price before you commit, and it does not move unless your business does.
What I do not do, and why that helps you.
I do not file taxes, run payroll, or give tax, legal, or investment advice. That is deliberate, not a gap.
A bookkeeper who tries to be your accountant, payroll provider, and adviser tends to do all four adequately and none of them well. My job is to hand your tax preparer records so clean that their work takes hours instead of days, which usually costs you less than paying one person to do everything.
If you do not have a CPA, I will coordinate directly with whoever you choose.
Your records stay between us.
Client confidentiality is a core principle of this practice. Financial records are never disclosed to a third party without your written authorization, and every engagement includes a signed confidentiality agreement.
Your QuickBooks file always belongs to you. If we stop working together, you keep full access to everything in it. No export fee, no waiting period, and no holding your own records hostage.
Start with a free 25-minute conversation.
No sales pitch, no commitment. An honest conversation about your business, your books, and whether this is the right fit. You leave with clarity either way.
